To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Catalyst Minds and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Catalyst Minds for the relevant services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you access our services from India or another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
